             California Wineries Mall

  On October 1, 2002, California Wineries Mall changed from being a Public Service website to being a private, commercial website. All listed wineries or wine producers were advised of this change by Email or letter during September, 2002. As a result of this change in policy, wineries and wine producers will no longer be listed on the Mall at no charge. This change also means that listing on the Mall is by invitation only and California Wineries Mall reserves the right to decline to list any wine producer or winery, without any disclosure regarding how or why the Mall declined the listing. As a condition of their acceptance as a paying winery or wine producer, wineries and wine producers who are accepted for listing on the Mall agree to hold California Wineries Mall and its principals, employees or associates harmless from any and all situations which may occur related to this Policy Statement and any and all errors and omissions which may occur in the process of listing the  winery or wine producers website in the various applicable sections of the Mall.
